Terms of Service
GENERAL
- I retain all rights to my artwork, including the right to post and use it for portfolios or promotional purposes;
- Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use requires an extra fee to be paid;
- I have the right to decline any request for any reason.
- All commission request must have visual references of any kind, no visual references will be charged as a design commission (+50% on top of the commission).PAYMENTS
- Full payment is required upfront via Paypal or Vgen Payments.
- Prices are subject to change in case of extra details, revisions etc.
- Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes will result in a ban from future commissions.REVISIONS
- Standard Commissions: I provide 3 rounds of revisions during the sketch phase. Major changes after sketch approval may require additional fees.
- Skeb-Style Commissions: These commissions allow only one minor revision after completion (e.g., small color or detail adjustments). Major changes will not be accepted.
- YCH Commissions: Depends a lot on the YCH type, each YCH will have their own rules.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Turnaround time depends on commission type and queue position. Estimated delivery will be communicated upfront.
- Rush commissions may be available for an additional fee.
- Files of the final piece will be delivered in PNG format, unless specified otherwise.USE
- You may use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes (icons, banners, personal prints, etc.) with proper credit.
- Do not claim the artwork as your own or remove my signature/watermark.
- Editing, tracing or modifying my art in any way without my permission is not allowed, always ask first.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- My artwork may NOT be used for AI training, datasets, NFTs, or generative models in any capacity.
- Commercial usage (such as merchandise or redistribution) requires a separate license and must be discussed beforehand.REFUNDS
- No refunds once I have started working on the commission.
- Full refunds will only be issued if I am unable to complete the commission.
- Partial refunds may be considered depending on the progress made (and may not always be accepted as I'm also a working human being with expenses and bills to pay and withdrawals affect me).COMMUNICATION
- I will primarily communicate through discord and VGen messages, however, you are free to message me on my social medias, active mostly on discord. Please check your messages regularly.
- If I do not receive a response for 3 days during a critical stage (e.g., sketch approval), the commission will be put on hold till you reply.
